Mediation is an increasingly popular form of alternative dispute resolution where parties resolve their disputes with the aid of a specially trained, neutral, third party.
It is a terrific low cost option that can bring about quick and lasting outcomes that are generated and agreed by the parties themselves. In other words, the parties own the results and unlike in litigation, there are no “winners” or “losers”.
